The spatial electric potential DENBA Health generates is an ultra-low frequency (50–60Hz) — far lower than a mobile phone or microwave. It carries PSE certification, so it can be used safely. Many customers use it in the same space as children and pets.
How much does it cost to run?

The Charge and Standard models consume 2W, so running them 24 hours a day costs about ¥1/day (roughly ¥365/year). The High Grade model consumes 12W, at roughly ¥8/day.
What's the difference between the DENBA Health models?

DENBA Health comes in three models: Charge, Standard, and High Grade.
Charge: W187×D110×H59mm, 1.8kg, output ~1,700V, 1 mat connection, 2 mats included (Type B, C). Compact and portable — a popular entry model suited to individual use.
Standard: W165×D190×H96mm, 1.98kg, output 1,800V, 1–2 mat connections, 3 mats included (Type A, B, C). Higher output and more mats than Charge — a popular basic model suited to couples and families.
High Grade: W188×D243×H154mm, 3.8kg, output 2,200V/3,400V (two-step switch), 1–3 mat connections, 3 mats included (2x Type B, 1x Type C). The largest in output, mat connections, and unit size — suited to whole families, athletes, and professional salon use.
In short, output voltage (~1,700V → 1,800V → 2,200/3,400V), mat connections (1 → 1–2 → 1–3), and weight (1.8kg → 1.98kg → 3.8kg) all increase in that order. Choose "Charge" if you want something compact and portable, "Standard" for solid family use, or "High Grade" for higher output or professional use. "Charge" suits those who prioritize solo use or portability. "Standard" (¥550,000) is popular for couples and families. "High Grade" (¥900,000) is best suited for athletes, simultaneous multi-person use, or salon installation.

Yes, we ship internationally. The product is certified PSE (Japan), CE (Europe), FCC (U.S.), KC (Korea), and RoHS. We can also assist in English, Korean, and Chinese.
What payment methods do you accept?

Payment is by bank transfer only. For corporate customers, we can issue quotes and invoices.
Where are the trial events held?

They're held periodically in the Tokyo and Kanagawa areas. Individual participants are welcome (in a private rented meeting room). Dates and venues are announced via LINE or our contact form. A one-week rental is also available. Please contact us for details.
